Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. Below is our shipping policy:

1. Shipping Location and Processing time.

We currently ship within India. Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery time.
We offer the following shipping methods:

- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 business days after dispatch from our warehouse.
- Express Shipping: For Express shipping or any urgent requirements, you can reach out to us and we can arrange it for an additional charge.

Please note that if a customer places multiple orders on the same or different days, shipping charges will not be combined. Each order is treated separately with its own applicable shipping fee.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier disruptions, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Deliveries to remote, Out of Delivery Area (ODA), or difficult-to-service locations may require additional transit time.

 3. Shipping Costs

Zone A: Delhi, Haryana & Uttar Pradesh

  • ₹59 shipping for orders up to ₹150
  • ₹120 shipping for orders from ₹151 to ₹4999
  • Free shipping for orders above ₹4999

Zone B: All other states in India

  • ₹59 shipping for orders up to ₹150
  • ₹120 shipping for orders from ₹151 to ₹358
  • ₹150 shipping for orders from ₹359 to ₹2000
  • ₹199 shipping for orders from ₹2001 to ₹4999
  • Free shipping for orders above ₹4999

Orders from all other serviceable locations not listed under Zone A will be considered under Zone B.

Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)

Gift Galaxy offers Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) for selected states, union territories, and serviceable pincodes. Gift Galaxy reserves the right to enable or disable Partial COD based on location, order value, customer history, courier serviceability, or risk assessment.

Under Partial COD, a portion of the order value must be paid online at the time of placing the order, while the remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery.

Partial COD advance payments are collected to confirm the order and are not refundable in case of customer refusal or failed delivery attempts.

Partial COD terms apply in addition to standard shipping and refund policies unless otherwise stated.

COD Handling Fee

The applicable COD handling fee will be displayed during checkout and is non-refundable.

Return to Origin (RTO) & Refused Deliveries

The advance amount paid while placing a Partial COD order is non-refundable if the shipment is returned to us due to any of the following reasons : 

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Customer unavailable at the time of delivery.
  • Customer not responding to courier partner calls or delivery attempts.
  • Customer refusing delivery.
  • Any other Return to Origin (RTO) event.

The above list is indicative and not exhaustive.

Re-shipping of RTO Orders

If an order is returned to us as RTO and the customer wishes to receive the order again, the customer will be required to pay the applicable:

  • Forward shipping charges (applicable shipping cost for the original order).
  • Return-to-Origin (RTO) shipping charges.
  • Re-shipping charges and applicable handling/logistics charges.

The order will be re-dispatched only after these charges have been paid.

Refund for RTO Orders

If the customer does not wish to have the order re-shipped and requests a refund, the refund will be processed only after receipt and verification of the returned parcel

The following charges will be deducted from the refund amount:

  • Original forward shipping charges
  • Return-to-Origin (RTO) shipping charges charged by the courier partner
  • Payment gateway charges, transaction processing fees, and other non-recoverable charges incurred by Gift Galaxy.

The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.

 4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can track your order status using the provided courier tracking link or order tracking page.

 5. Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at shscreations07@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue with the courier partner and update you on the status.
