Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we’re here to help!

Returns & Replacement Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases :

  • Incorrect product delivered.
  • Product damaged during transit.
  • Major manufacturing defect identified and approved by Gift Galaxy after review.

No other reasons will be accepted for return, replacement, or refund.

Mandatory Claim Requirements

To be eligible, you must email us within 24 hours of parcel delivery, along with:

  • A valid and continuous unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Complete order details

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Requests sent via WhatsApp or social media will not be considered.

Product Condition Requirement

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Products showing any signs of use, tampering, alteration, attempted repair, missing accessories, missing original packaging, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

How to Return

  • Contact Us:
    Email us at shscreations07@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Shipping:

    Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be shared.

    Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item received is confirmed as incorrect, damaged during transit, or a major manufacturing defect approved by Gift Galaxy after review.
  • Refund Processing:
    After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.

Refund approval is subject to product inspection and verification by Gift Galaxy.

Policy Linkage:
Refunds related to shipping, Cash on Delivery (COD), Partial COD, and Return to Origin (RTO) shipments shall be governed by the Shipping Policy of Gift Galaxy.

Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect product, a product damaged during transit, or a major manufacturing defect approved by Gift Galaxy after review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion after verification.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a valid unboxing video.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including :

  • Personalized or custom-made toys

Damaged, Incorrect & Manufacturing Defect Policy

If you receive an incorrect product or a product damaged during transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing shscreations07@gmail.com.

To be eligible, you must provide:

  • Continuous unboxing video (mandatory).
  • Clear photographs of product and packaging.
  • Complete order details.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Return and replacement shipping charges will be borne by Gift Galaxy in such approved cases.

Manufacturing Defects

Many products sold on our website are factory-sealed collectibles and scale models sourced from third-party manufacturers. As these products are received in sealed condition, minor manufacturing variations are not considered defects.

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or refund :

  • Minor paint imperfections.
  • Minor assembly imperfections.
  • Minor variations in finish, detailing, or decals.
  • Minor scratches, marks, or blemishes resulting from manufacturing.
  • Minor packaging imperfections (creases, dents, blister marks, insert defects, box wear).
  • Other minor factory-originated variations that do not affect display value or product integrity.

Major Manufacturing Defects

Major manufacturing defects (such as missing parts, broken components, or severe assembly issues affecting product integrity or display value) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Any resolution including replacement, refund, store credit, or rejection of claim will be at the sole discretion of Gift Galaxy after verification.

Cancellation Policy

For prepaid orders cancelled after confirmation but before dispatch, a 5% processing fee will be deducted to cover payment gateway charges and non-recoverable costs.

Cancellation terms are governed by the Shipping Policy.
